If you booking the room or Bungalow, please deposit for us 50% for total room rate

 Cancellation/Amendment policy

. If cancelled/amended up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

. If cancelled/amended up to 6 days before date of arrival, 50% total room rate rental will be charged

. If cancelled/amended later or No-show (fail to check-in) then 100% total room rate rental will be charged.

. Every booking from 20 December 2015 until 20 February 2016, if you cancel we will be charged 100% for total room rates.
